Image From greenmountaingrills.com

    1 Pork belly slab
    Your favorite BBQ pork rub
    GMG pitmaster sauce

These pork belly cubes will blow anyone away as they melt in their mouth. The cook time is quite long, however, it’s definitely worth it. All you need is some BBQ rub and our delicious Pitmaster sauce to turn this meat into a little slice of heaven.

Start with a skinless pork belly and cut into 1 inch long strips.

Season on all sides with your favorite bbq rub and let rest for 30 min in the refrigerator.

Bring your grill to 250 degrees, and smoke the pork belly strips to an internal temperature of 198 degrees.

Once you’ve hit your temperature remove the pork belly, allow to slightly cool and cut into 1 in cubes.

Add to an aluminum pan and glaze with GMG Pitmaster sauce. Cover the pan with foil to steam the cubes. Return to the smoker and continue to cook for 1 hour or until the sauce is set.
