Tailgate - Greek Turkey Burgers
1 1/2-2 pounds 93 percent lean ground turkey
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained (or if using fresh baby spinach leaves, use about 2 cups and chop into shredded long pieces)
1/3 cup Gazebo Room Dressing
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small container feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup red onion minced or 1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. If too runny, add additional bread crumbs. Place in refrigerator so they set. Can prepare ahead and store in freezer.
Grill and serve on potato or whole wheat bun, with lettuce, pickle slices, tomato and Dijon mustard, if desired.
