Tailgate - New Orleans Muffaletta Sandwiches

    1 loaf Whole Wheat or Italian Bread
    1 cup olive spread
    1/4 pound thinly sliced turkey ham
    1/4 pound thinly sliced turkey pastrami
    1/4 pound thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
    1/4 pound sliced provolone
    1/4 pound sliced mozzarella or Cooper's Sharp

Olive Spread:

    3/4 cup pimento-stuffed olives, cut into pieces
    1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut into pieces
    2 large pepperoncini, cut into pieces
    2 tablespoons capers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix overnight

Coat bread with Olive Spread. Next top with cheeses, then meats. If desired, you can add shredded lettuce and thinly sliced red onions.  Slice into pieces  and enjoy!
