Tailgate - Crockpot Chili

    2 pounds ground beef or turkey
    1 onion diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced  
    1-40 ounce can of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    2-15 ounce cans of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    1-10 ounce can chunky Ro*Tel tomatoes
    1-28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
    2 packets McCormack's Tex Mex Chilli Seasoning
    Dash Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef /turkey with the onions.  Add garlic and cook for about a minute more.  Drain. Transfer cooked meat to a large slow cooker.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Heat on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Garnish with sour cream, chopped onions and shredded cheese.
