Meals in 30 (minutes) - Turkish Lamb Chops

    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    3 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    2 racks of lamb, bones frenched, cut into individual chops (about 1 lb each)
    1/2 tsp salt

Dipping sauce

    1 cup Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    1/4 tsp salt

Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne in a sealable plastic bag. Add lamb chops and massage bag to coat them with spice mixture. Let marinate at room temperature while barbecue heats up.
    
Heat barbecue to high. Remove lamb chops from bag. Season with salt and grill for 2 to 3 min a side or until browned at the edges and cooked to desired degree of doneness.
    
Combine Greek yogurt, mint and salt and serve with the lamb for dipping.

Grill some red peppers and zucchini along side lamb for a  veggie side dish.
