How to cook a Stittsworth Steak
Since the Stittsworth Steak is a triangular shaped steak, it can be difficult to cook through.
Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil, then season liberally with salt and pepper...or your favorite steak rub.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a hot cast iron skillet, over medium high heat on the stove top, add a bit of olive oil, and sear all three sides of the steak.
Once seared, place in the hot oven for 4 minutes...flip...and cook for 4 more minutes.
Let this fabulous cut of meat rest for five minutes...and serve!
