Grilled Pot Roast
1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Cut roast into serving pieces. Place in shallow pan or marinate dish. Pour salad dressing over meat; marinate at least 4 to 6 hours. Grill until done, turn often. Baste with remaining salad dressing.
