Venison Sausage
8 lb of ground venison
2 lb of lean ground pork
6 oz of corn syrup solids
2 cups of powdered milk
6 tablespoons of onion powder
6 tablespoons of Tender Quick
2 tablespoons of sage
1 tablespoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
Put in sausage casings.
Fry until cooked.
