Turn Up The Heat - Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

    1 (15.5 ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
    1 cup distilled white vinegar
    12 habanero chile peppers, seeded and chopped
    1/2 cup dark molasses
    1/2 cup yellow mustard
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    2 tablespoons salt
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Combine peaches, vinegar, habaneros, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, and allspice in the bowl of a food processor: pulse until blended.

Pour hot sauce into sterilized jars or bottles with lids; refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
