Sweet-n-Hot Beer Bratwurst Skillet

2 jars Red Bell Peppers Roasted in Brine
½ (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
½ (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 (16 ounce) package bratwurst, cooked
1 (16 ounce) package spicy bratwurst, cooked
1 large sweet onion
¼ cup jalapeno
¼ cup Grape Jelly
¼ cup Sriracha sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon pepper, black

Bring the roasted peppers, beer, and beef broth to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 1 minute, then stir in the sliced bratwurst.

Sprinkle the onion and jalapeno slices over the bratwursts, and simmer until the onion is tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the grape jelly, chili sauce, paprika, and black pepper. Cook about 10 minutes longer until the sauce thickens slightly.
