Breakfast For Dinner - Chorizo, Ricotta and Greens Rolled in a French Dough

    1 puffed pastry
    1/2 pound box ricotta cheese
    chorizo or salami, few thin slices
    1 handfull yellow cheese, grated
    1 handfull rucola or other greens
    1 tsp herbes, chose your favorites
    salt and pepper for taste
    1 egg yolk

Heat the oven to 330. Place puffed pastry on a baking paper, if it’s not very thin, roll it. Spread over ricotta, place chorizo or salami on it, then spread grated cheese, greens and herbs. Add salt and pepper for taste. Roll the dough with everything inside very thghtly.

When ready cut it in pieces like 1-1,5 inches and brush with the yolk. Bake for about 20-25 minutes (check it after 15 minutes).
