Road Trips - Chile-Lime Cashews

    2-1/2 cups cashews, roasted, salted
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    zest from 1 lime
    2 tablespoon lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  On a rimmed baking sheet, spread cashews in a single layer.
    
Drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
    
Sprinkle cashews with chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime zest.
    
Drizzle cashews with lime juice, stirring to coat.
    
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden, stirring every 10 minutes.
