Taco Mac and Cheese
One batch of Mac and Cheese (Recipe Here) (substitute Mexican blend cheese for the shredded cheddar for this recipe. Also add some taco sauce to the cheese sauce mixture)
Chorizo or taco seasoned ground beef, cooked
roasted poblano or Aneheim peppers (or both)
black olives
green onions
Prior to baking, mix in the meat, peppers, olives, and the white part of the onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with the green parts of the onion before serving.
