Cranberry Turkey Burgers

1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
4 split whole wheat sandwich buns
2 Tbsp. butter

Prepare and heat grill. Combine turkey, mushrooms, bread crumbs, onion, sage, thyme and salt in large bowl and mix gently. Form into four patties.

Grill 4-6" from medium high coals for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from grill, add cheese slices, cover and let stand 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, spread cut sides of buns with butter and grill for 1-2 minutes on grilling surface until toasted.

In small bowl, combine mustard and cranberry sauce and serve with burgers on buns.
