Honey-Lime Marinated Flank Steak

    1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
    1/3 C. lime juice
    3 Tbs. honey
    1 Tbs. catsup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 t. grated lime rind
    Vegetable cooking spray
    Lime wedges

Trim excess fat from steak, and place in a large shallow dish. Combine lime juice and next 5 ingredients, stirring well. Pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning steak occasionally. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Coat grill or broiler pan with cooking spray. Grill steak 5 to 6 inches from flame 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Cut diagonally across grain into thin slices to serve. Garnish with lime slices.
