Odd Combinations - Tasty Tater Tidbits
6 slices Armour Star Bologna, cut in thirds
18 frozen shredded potato rounds, thawed
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap bologna piece around each potato round. Thread bologna-potato rounds on skewers; brush with barbecue sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
