Sicilian Meat Roll

2 Pounds Of Lean Ground Beef Sirloin
1 Cup Of Italian Croutons
2 Large Fresh Beaten Eggs
1/2 Cup Of Tomato Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Of Crushed Dried Oregano
2 Tablespoons Of Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt
1 Fresh Minced Garlic Clove
6 Ounces Of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
6 Ounces Of Deli Fresh Thinly Sliced Honey Baked Ham

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the two fresh whole eggs and tomato juice. Stir these two ingredients together very thoroughly, creating a consistent mixture.

Next add in the croutons, chopped parsley, crushed dried oregano, sea salt, ground black pepper, minced garlic clove, and the lean ground beef sirloin. Mix them all very well with your bare hands, eventually soaking up everything with the lean ground beef, and getting all the ingredients evenly distributed throughout.

Form a long flat firm meat patty, and place this meat patty into a baking pan lined with greased tin foil or wax paper.

For the next step, organize the honey baked ham slices on top of the meat patty, leaving just a small area around the edges uncovered. Now shred the cheese up except one whole slice, and evenly sprinkle it over the top of the ham.

Next, carefully begin to roll up the meat patty, using the foil or wax paper to lift it up. Once you are done, seal the edges, as well as the end of the meat.

Finally place the meat roll seam side down in a large baking dish.

Using a preheated oven, bake the roll for about 90 minutes. Next cut up the last cheese slice, and evenly place it over the roll. Bake the roll for another 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese has been adequately melted.
