Stuffed and Wrapped Grilled Smoked Sausage Sandwiches

1 package Smoked Sausage with Cheese Links
5 slices bacon, cooked until almost done, but not yet crispy
2 tomatoes, each cut into 5 wedges (10 wedges total)
Stone ground mustard
5 quality hot dog buns
Bamboo skewers

Prepare grill to medium heat. Wrap each sausage with the partially cooked bacon and secure with a piece of bamboo skewer or toothpick at each end if needed. Place sausages on the grill and cook for only 2-3 minutes a side. Just until the bacon is cooked through. Remove from the grill and remove skewer pieces or toothpicks. Serve on a bun with tomato slices and stone ground mustard.
